Every place The Spread tracks, hourly or twice a day. Each name opens its forecast, with tabs for where the models disagree over the next 14 days and a scoreboard of which model has been right there. Today's spread across the models is beside each, where today's data has arrived.

Spread is the highest model high minus the lowest, in °F, for today. Consensus products are never in it.

On the map each dot is one place at its station, sized by today's spread and coloured on the same scale as the panels: shades of green while the models' highs are 0–4° apart, amber at 5–7°, purple at 8°+. Each panel's chart is the next 14 days: the band runs from the coolest model's high to the warmest, coloured day by day on that scale, with the median model as the line.
